What delivery methods are available? has a range of shipping methods to suit both our national and international customers. These vary in delivery time.
When do I receive free shipping?
When you place an order at you receive free shipping on all orders of 3 seed packages and more.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made.
Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.
If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please check your email address for the shipping order status page to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

To provide you a complete service when shopping with us, we guarantee to refund any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. does not return or refund seed at all.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. If your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it.

If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.


Please note, we are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 30 days from the date when the order is sent.

Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by phone or e-mail to confirm your return, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Any goods sent back without prior consent from Nasha Genetics will be sent back at your cost.

Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until you reach us; we advise that you use proof of postage or signed for delivery to ensure no problems. Make sure to list your order number and any information to help with processing.

The goods should be sent back with a recorded service, as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.


If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order, please note this does not apply to seeds and only merchandise.

Returned goods must be new, unused and in they’re original packaging.

Please detail, which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur.

If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped.

If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

Cancelling Order Information

If we already received your payment your order cannot be cancelled. If your order has been paid for and you do not want the items in your order you can request to change them for another item(s) of equal or lesser values. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
